rg77 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Playing

To be eligible to register for and use the rg77 platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. rg77 strictly enforces the 21+ age restriction and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
• You are legally permitted to engage in online gambling under the laws of your jurisdiction and country of residence.
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual and are not acting as an agent, trustee, or nominee for any third party.
• You have not previously had an rg77 account closed for breach of these Terms or any earlier version of them.
• You are not depositing funds obtained through illegal activity or in a manner designed to circumvent any applicable anti-money laundering obligations.

To register an rg77 account you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You agree to keep this information updated at all times. rg77 is entitled to rely on the information you provide and will not be liable for any consequence arising from inaccurate or outdated registration details. Each player is permitted to hold only one rg77 account. The following rules apply:

• One account per person: creating multiple accounts is prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, rg77 reserves the right to close all accounts associated with the same individual and forfeit any balances held within them.
• You must not register using a false name, another person's identity, or any fictitious identity. rg77 will conduct identity verification checks as part of the KYC process.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. rg77 accepts no liability for any loss resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• rg77 may, at its absolute discretion, refuse to register any applicant or close any existing account without being required to provide a reason, subject to returning any undisputed balance held in the account.

rg77 is required to verify the identity of all players as a condition of operating a safe and compliant platform. You must complete the KYC verification process — which includes providing a valid government-issued photo identification (such as a National ID card) — before rg77 will process any withdrawal request. rg77 may also request additional documentation at any stage, including but not limited to proof of address, proof of payment method ownership, and source of funds documentation. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable time may result in the suspension or closure of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending satisfactory verification.

rg77 accepts deposits made through approved payment methods only. The currently accepted methods for players in Bangladesh are listed on the Deposit page of your account and include mobile wallet services. The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit for standard accounts; higher transaction volumes may be subject to enhanced due diligence.
• Funds deposited must belong to the account holder. Depositing funds on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• rg77 does not charge a platform fee on standard deposits. Any charges applied by a payment service provider are outside rg77's control.
• rg77 reserves the right to reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects was made using fraudulent payment credentials or in breach of these Terms, and to recover any winnings derived from such deposits.

Withdrawals are processed to the verified payment method registered on your rg77 account. rg77 does not process withdrawals to a different payment method than the one used for the most recent deposit without completing enhanced verification. The following conditions apply:

• Withdrawals are only processed to verified accounts that have completed KYC. Unverified accounts may make deposits but cannot withdraw until verification is complete.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. See Section 4 for full bonus terms.
• rg77 targets processing verified withdrawal requests within 5 to 60 minutes during operational hours. Processing times may vary during periods of high volume or during enhanced verification reviews.
• rg77 reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms, pending investigation.

rg77 offers bonuses and promotional incentives to new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, which apply in addition to any specific terms stated at the time the bonus offer is communicated:

• All bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and must satisfy the applicable wagering requirement (rollover) before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only, on their first qualifying deposit. A player may only claim each type of welcome offer once across all accounts, including duplicate accounts.
• rg77 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without notice, provided that any bonus already activated and in progress at the time of withdrawal will be honoured to the extent described in the offer terms.
• rg77 may refuse to award, or may void and reclaim, any bonus or bonus winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe the player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to collusion, use of software to gain an unfair advantage, or systematic exploitation of offer mechanics.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion will expire if not used within the validity period stated in the specific promotion terms. Expired free spins cannot be reinstated.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the rg77 platform. Engaging in any of the prohibited activities below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Fraudulent activity of any kind, including but not limited to using stolen or unauthorised payment credentials, misrepresenting your identity, or providing false documentation during KYC.
• Use of any automated tool, bot, script, artificial intelligence, or software to place bets, access games, or interact with the platform in a manner not intended by its design.
• Collusion with other players, including but not limited to sharing hand or bet information in live games with the intent to gain an advantage over the house or other players.
• Any action that constitutes money laundering, including depositing funds derived from criminal activity or structuring deposits to avoid detection thresholds.
• Harassment, abuse, threatening behaviour, or discriminatory language directed at rg77 staff or other players via any communication channel associated with the platform.

rg77 is committed to providing a safe gambling environment. The platform offers a range of responsible gaming tools that players may activate through their account settings or by contacting support. rg77 encourages all players to use these tools proactively. The available tools include:

• Deposit limits: set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on the total amount you may deposit into your rg77 account. Once set, a limit may be reduced immediately but may only be increased after a cooling-off period of 24 hours or more.
• Session time limits: configure a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out of the platform. This helps players maintain awareness of the time they spend gaming.
• Time-out: take a short break from the rg77 platform for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a time-out, you cannot access your account or place bets. Existing withdrawal requests will continue to be processed.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the rg77 platform without the prior written consent of rg77.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rg77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether based in contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if rg77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. rg77's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of funds held in your rg77 account at the time the claim arises. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rg77's liability for fraud or for any other matter where exclusion or limitation would be unlawful.

rg77 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, rg77 will notify registered players by email or by a prominent notice on the platform prior to the change taking effect. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the rg77 platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact rg77 support to request account closure and withdrawal of any available balance.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. In the event of a dispute between a player and rg77, the player should first contact rg77 support via the email address listed on this site, setting out the nature of the dispute in reasonable detail. rg77 will acknowledge the complaint within 5 business days (Bangladesh Standard Time) and will endeavour to resolve it within 30 days of acknowledgement. If a dispute cannot be resolved through this process, both parties agree to pursue resolution through the appropriate legal channels available under applicable law.
